What Hel? Francis has the hardest punch in the world

Agreed
43 wins 42 knockouts is insane
Almost knocked out Fury's fat ducking ass too

For real, and the fact that Fury got up from that tells me Francis' punchers chance is about as low as it can get.

Still, would be a hell of a story if he lands that one in a billion bomb.

Francis is a far more powerful man than Wilder overall I am sure. As far as pure punching power, I don't know. Wilder has the boxing skillset to be able to land those bombs, which is less true of Francis obviously. I don't know who would actually hit harder in a contest. Wilder isn't as strong but has better power punching technique.

Because that’s all Wilder does. He’s a boxer. He can’t throw a kick or wrestle. I would agree, too. While HW boxing isn’t what it was, skill wise, in the 60s and 70s, guys today are so much bigger and stronger. And Wilder is devastating. Outside of Fury…
That doesn't explain how Wilder obviously hits harder. That just suggests he hits harder than boxers from the past. And Wilder isn't bigger than Foreman, Shannon Briggs, Ali, Tyson etc. He's taller

Breaking....

LOL had to hassle TS a bit. And yes, by

UFC PI standards he has the hardest measured punch, Or did at one point anyway.

That height allows him to really wind up tho. Briggs and Ali never struck me as one-shot KO artists. All of those mentioned had amazing chins, tho. Briggs going the distance with Foreman was amazing. Guy could take a beating. Foreman, Earnie Shavers and Mike Tyson, and Lennox Lewis too, actually. Amazing knockout power by those, but Deontay is easily in their class, like it or not. Devastating power. How many have knocked down Fury besides Wilder? Should tell you all you need.

No, and Guiness "records" don't mean shit anymore. The hardest puncher of all time would be Earnie Shavers, followed closely by guys like Foreman, Liston, Tyson, etc. If we are talking p4p, then i would throw guys like Julian Jackson and Hearns on there too. Ngannou wouldn't even be in the top 100 hardest HW boxers of all time.

Respect because you brought up Shavers and Jackson... but knowing that punching power is inherent... why couldn't Francis be up there as well? He certainly fits the bill...

Smaller gloves. And Francis generally puts everything he has into his shots. It's almost always enough to ko his opponent. But still, some of the shots he landed on Stipe in their first fight...well, I don't see Stipe staying awake if that same shot is landed by Wilder with 4oz gloves.

I could wrong, though. Dude obviously hits like a brick. I just wouldn't put him quite on Wilder, Shavers, Foreman, Liston, Tyson level. Marciano would be an interesting. Supposedly he's up there with the hardest hitters of all time. Hard to imagine a fighter <200lbs hitting with similar kind of power that someone like Francis does.

Tony Johnson said, "I've been hit by him and Francis Ngannou. I don't know which one hits harder, Francis or Derrick, but they both hit like frickin' Mack trucks. I've been hit by Deontay Wilder. I've been hit by the hardest hitters in the sport. Deontay tops everyone".

Well of course deontay would top mma fighters. Tony propably fought mma rules with Derrick and ngannao , they had to worry about take downs. Had he fought them boxing rules as he (i suspect) did deontay they would punch alot harder, i dont believe for a second that deontay hits harder than ngannou. Deontay went full out on that lightweight Charlie and couldnt even knock him out lol

I've had 4 Shogun shirts over the years. Kind of want to pick up another

The other day I broke out my TapOut hat and TapOut shirt. Haven't worn anything TapOut in like a decade because of the douchebag connotation it's got over the years. Actually got a lot of compliments on both

I have a Bad Boy shirt with the aggressive logo on the front. It's a cool shirt but it does look aggressive and I don't throw out hard vibes anymore. It's usually just black or blue.

It's still there, at least on multiple search engines.

I don't watch boxing. I did specifically see that trilogy and they're the only boxing matches I've seen in at least 1 year, possibly 2.

1 and 3 were amazing and it's like Poatan Izzy, in the sense that these 2 can beat the fuk out of each other on any given.

Nah. That was Wilder's one chance to beat a rusty Fury and he failed. Fury beat Wilder three times without reply. It's not his fault he only got credit for two of them.

Julian Jackson was fucking amazing.
His highlight reals are one of the all time best.

What Hel?

I'll rewatch the first one.

I don't remember there being anything wrong with any of the outcomes.

Anyone else think Fury wasn't as rocked as many believe he was against wilder on that knockdown? Yeah he was definitely hurt and it was a big shot, but think it was more off balance with a big shot that put him down. I'm pretty sure he was there 100% the whole time but was taking the full count. I don't buy he was shut off for many seconds and then the switch just flipped back on and he got up. Dude wasn't even ever wobbled from it.
