Four years for a standard second offence anabolic. However I’m assuming they can prove unintentional use which would usually either be no suspension up to a year, but due to him already failing for unintentional use before, they’ll give him two for being reckless.

Even with that clearance. He'll still be banned for 2 years minimum. He's done for now at least. Weather he is back in the cage a few years from now remains to be seen.... but, as for getting off easy... Even if they say he "likely took the pills unintentionally" ... he wont be getting a "Romero", He'll be getting a "Machida" ... Minimum I'd say. Whatever he's able to bring up as "reasonable doubt" ... Will still leave him having popped twice and once tested positive for Coke... The "wrap on the wrist" he gets will be a pretty hard one.

If on the other hand he is judged to have intentionally cheated.. it's 4 years ... So even the best case scenario keeps him out till 2019 ... 2021 if it goes badly..
