I need Kimbo to get some damn stamina back like when he could throw for at least a round and a half. Then I'll be more than happy to see him fight low level competition. You would think that all that time boxing would have taught the importance of stamina...but then Indidnt watch any of his boxing matches.

I still like Kimbo but I have no idea what's up with his cardio, I don't think he can perform in MMA with lungs like that ..although in terms of his career I think he exceeded expectations...wins over JT, Tank, Mercer, Houston, he did better than most people thought he would.

i've NEVER loved Kimbo, but i was around in those days too. A lot of good memories on here!! it may be sad to say this Sherbros, but Sherdog is a home away from home for me.

We remember things very differently. From what I recall, a small (but loud) minority thought Kimbo could compete with legit MMA pros and they were largely ridiculed.

He is a 6-2 heavyweight who didn't enter the sport until age 33. He is above the median as far as all MMA heavyweight careers.
