What happened with Felder?

I went for a fucking shower and now Felder isn't fighting Khabib?
I really liked that fight...so what happened?
I still like that iaquinta is stepping up, he's solid and now has an opportunity to back his mouth up but I can't find anything on why Felder backed off.

Felder doesn't appear in the UFC's rankings, so they wouldn't let him fight. Yes, that's the truth.

While I do like iaquinta in this I've just been a bit high on Felder, he looks great in his fights and he's a dark horse in the commentary booth.
