Michael Applewhite is believed to have disappeared sometime in the pre-dawn hours of Friday, June 18th, 1994, in the suburban Dallas area. His wife Barb called the police Saturday evening to report Michael missing after nearly two days without seeing him. Police sent investigators who interviewed her and her two teenage sons, Willie and Dave. Then investigators called Michael's work and to the shock of Barb, learned that Michael had been present at work, or at least his time card had been punched.
Carlson Distributions, the Central Dallas warehouse is where Michael worked. When investigators arrived Sunday morning they were surprised to learn that not one of the approximately two hundred and fifty employees had seen Michael during his Friday or Saturday shift, both of which his time card was punched. Investigators were directed by warehouse supervisors to speak with Mr. Loyd Billings, who had manipulated time cards in the past and was also close friends with Michael.

Loyd confessed that it was indeed him that swiped Michael in and out both days and that he did it because they watched each others back. That sometimes one of the two of them would go on a bender and miss work or be late so they needed to watch each others back and ensure that the time card was punched. Investigators asked Loyd what he had been up the last 48 hours and he said "working." Police asked to search his vehicle. He told them it was stolen Thursday night. When police asked if he filed a report, he said he hadn't because he believed it would be returned.

Police tried to persuade Loyd to file a report but he declined believing his life might be in danger if he did. An ABP was put out on the 1982 Plymouth Champ. Within the hour the car was found parked in spot number 14 outside the Ceder Vast Apartment complex, building number 3. Police learned quickly that the parking spot was assigned to an apartment occupied by none other than Loyd Billing's brother Gary Sarvo.

Gary Sarvo was well known to Police and had quite a history of violence. Investigators where glad to learn Sarvo had a warrant out for his arrest. Now, not needing a report filed from Loyd, the police attempted to make contact with Sarvo. After knocking on the door for several minuets the Police retrieved the land lord and got the key. Once they entered the Apartment it was clear that Sarvo was dead and that he had been dead for several days.
Sarvo lay dead face down with several apparent stab wounds. Upon entering the apartment further, police realized that he wasn't alone. A women, later identified at Brittney Towns lay dead on the floor of the bathroom. Also from what appeared to be stab wounds.

The crime scene spelled a story of a crime of passion. Once CSI searched the scene they were able to locate box knife with the initials MA on it. The box knife was identical to the type assigned to employees at Carlson Distribution. The vehicle left little evidence. But one piece that was left was a bus pass belonging to Michael Applewhite.
I know the answer to this puzzle. But please let me know what you guys think. What areas you would investigate. I will post answers to all questions regarding this case but none that give the answer away. This case is top secret so don't bother looking it up. However, we now know who did it, and by the story I gave you it is now up to you to investigate further to figure out what happened to Michael Applewhite.
So sherbros, who do you question first?
