I have a smoothie nearly everyday. Ice, berries, banana, tons of spinach, oikos yogurt, and electrolyte mix if it's hot and going to be a sweaty day. At night I normally have a shake/smoothie that took me forever to figure out what works. It's basically a substitution for a milkshake. Ice, frozen yogurt or low carb ice cream, oikos yogurt, chocolate milk. The ratio of ice to the frozen yogurt/low carb ice cream is key. Much lower calorie/carb alternative to a milkshake with higher protein content. Damn near close to tasting like a milkshake too.
