How do they feel about snacks?
They love hot dogs and pizza
How do they feel about snacks?
We’re told the world is governed by international law, the UN, and war-crime courts. But recent events make that hard to believe.
Russia is condemned for attacking Ukraine.
The U.S. has led or supported multiple wars, regime changes, and even the removal or detention of foreign leaders, with little accountability.
Obama received a Nobel Peace Prize while overseeing wars.
Trump, a convicted felon, calls himself a peacemaker while threatening or attacking other countries and pardoning foreign leaders accused of crimes.
Leaders like Netanyahu face war-crime accusations, yet enforcement seems optional.
Powerful countries don’t accept the International Criminal Court, while weaker ones are judged by it.
Drug flows from Mexico and Colombia into the U.S. continue at massive scale, yet political and military pressure is applied elsewhere.
Meanwhile, China appears to avoid foreign invasions and relies more on economic influence than military force.
So is the world ruled by law, or by power using law only when convenient?
Is the “rules-based order” real, or just a story told by those strong enough to break the rules?
What can we do about it are we cooked
