What fighters will benefit most from the new PED policies?

My picks are

Cerrone- Always been a slow paced high technique fighter.

Werdum- Same as Cerrone, and I think he's already benefited.

Fedor- He got much smaller after Japan, so I think that the pack may come down to his Level.

Conor- Another slow paced technical fighter. Maybe not slow paced but measured and doesnt expel a lot of energy.

Even if he was on them, which I think almost all of them are or were, his style will still be good without them. It's the high paced frantic guys that will be hurt most.
 
Fighters are going to stop using PED's now? OK buddy...

its very hard to say since not everyone on peds carries a lot of mass
 
and like others said, sadly the training camps with better PEDs management/technology/doctors will benefit the most

this happen in every major sport, sad but true
