Stark's jet also has technology that makes the ride a whole lot smoother. The passengers can hardly tell they are moving, even during take off and landing. Stark just has more and better everything.

It would be good to work for Umbrella if you're one of the higher ups. Other than that, you're fucked.

Also, Stark would win in that fight. Batman wouldn't be able to match Stark's tech. Even if it came down to hand to hand, if Stark was still in his suit, Stark would win. The Iron Man suit reads peoples moves and remembers them. Batmans only chance would be to catch Stark out of his Iron Man suit.

You're right, of course. Tony in full armor was a match for Captain America and left Cap with his, "Jaw nearly hanging off"(Civil War). But all the Batman nut-huggers will just say that the Dark Knight would find some way to nullify Iron Man's armour(in fairness, this is exactly what Captain America did in their re-match).

I'm a huge Iron Man fan, but I have to admit I loved watching Thor pimp-slap Stark and leave him beaten, bruised and with his armor so much useless junk after finding out that Stark had cloned him.
