The EMP arrow is a small EMP device. It just illustrates that Iron Man is vulnerable to EMPs. If Bats could lure him into an area with continuois (sp?) electro magnetic pulses or hit him with a bigger EMP device.

In the Marvel vs DC crossover, Batman acknowledged that Captain America was at least his equal, and probably his superior, in hand-to-hand combat. Captain America, even with his Shield, was unable to defeat Iron Man.

Another important point to consider: Stark is constantly upgrading and refining the Iron Man suit. It's highly unlikely he will go down to the same attack(EMP)twice.

If Stark can find a way to beat Magneto, Im sure he can handle Batman. Stark is probably more smarter when it's comes to tech.
