Like other people said the sport of MMA, nobody incorporates a complete game like he does.

Like you said he might not be elite at one particular aspect, although I'd say his grappling is extremely high level. His striking can leave a bit to be desired at times, but his clinch work and bjj are insane

Discipline wise he isn't a top top specialist if that's what your asking but the thing is you don't have to be since he has all the tools up at a high enough level to be very effective.

He is what I would call the closes thing to a modern MMA champ, complete in all areas can hang at a high level but most likely he will avoid your best field and use the one you are weakest at.
