Can you explain to me the reason it's called an arm punch, when you are not actually punching them in the arm......

Oh, i thought you were mocking me, sorry. its called an arm punch because you only engage muscles from the shoulder to the fingertip without using your legs or abs or lower back in the strike. So hence why arm punchs mean weak punches.
