What does TS stand for and how do I get higher belts?

TS as in what they call you if you're the original poster. I know it means something like original poster, but what does it MEAN?
As for belts, is it based on time or messages/likes?

You get different colored belts based on the number of posts you make.

Q. How many posts till I get such and such a belt?

150 = Yellow
250 = Orange
500 = Blue
950 = Green
1500 = Purple
2500 = Brown
5000 = Black (comes with ability to have custom text and/or a custom belt)
7500 = Red
10000 = Silver
