i always see a lot of sherdoggers making statements like ‘WME UFC’ is dying etc.

But do we know how much cash the UFC makes per year from networks like BT in england or Globo in Brazil?

And what about the asian tv networks? Continental europe? Australia?

The ufc is in so many countries, i believe it could be a big portion of revenue that we dont take into consideration when discussing UFC’s financial state

It is a giant source of revenue that some fans don't seem to realize exists. NFL, MLB don't really translate internationally. NBA/NHL kinda does, but certainly not to the extent that the UFC does.

The attendance gate is basically peanuts in regards to UFC broadcasts. The TV money is gigantic.

UFC international broadcasters[edit]
The UFC's PPV events are broadcast live on PPV USA and BT Sport in the UK. Latin America, events are broadcast live on Fighting Sports Network in Pay TV (Cable and Satellite) of SKY Satellite. Free TV Channels in Mexico, Fox Sports 2 and Fox Premium in Pay TV (Cable and Satellite) South America and Central America are broadcast with tape-delay. In Brazil, events are broadcast live on Combate Channel from Globosat. Rede Globo's are broadcast tape-delayed from 12:00 am. In Southeast Asia (exclude the Philippines), Hong Kong, and Papua New Guinea, UFC events are broadcast on Fox Movies Premium (2012-2013) [222] and Fox Sports [223] (2013-now).[224] In India, events are broadcast on Sony Six. In the Philippines, UFC was also aired on Balls (now ABS-CBN Sports + Action HD) from 2009 until 2015, since moved to Sports5 (including TV5, AksyonTV and Hyper on Channel 91 (SD) and 261 (HD) via Cignal) starting January 3, 2016 until December 31, 2018.[225][226] In Indonesia, UFC events are currently broadcast on tvOne starting January 15, 2018;[227] previously, this events was also broadcast on RCTI [228] and iNews [229] since 2012 until the end of 2017.[230]

They don't make what they do stateside but its mostly profit since the content is already paid for
in 2017 UFC made over $700m in revenue with less than $300m from PPV & Fox combined
So there are hundreds of millions that very few of the "UFC is dying" crowd realizes

In 2019 the should do over $900m rev & maybe hit $1b with $400m profit
Mainly due to the extra $100m this year from ESPN & other escalating deals

But deals outside US are tough to get details from (each deal) but when they file & release info to investors/creditors, Meltzer/Nash/Ourand might get the total numbers for foreign rights.

While foreign distribution is not covered, I was interviewed for a column about UFC/bellator Finances that some might be interested in
