It depends on if we're referring to Goat status as a product of skill, legacy, or both, as the two generally go hand in hand.
-In terms of skill, current Kamaru is either as good as GSP or better.
-In terms of legacy, it depends on what he does to his next 2-3 opponents. GSP has 12 title fight wins, but his legacy includes two losses and two SDs (one of which was very controversial). Usman on the other hand only has 5 title fight wins, but he's undefeated in the UFC, and the only blemish in that time period occurred when he faked two fouls when he fought Colby.
-In terms of both, I'd say GSP is still a bit ahead. However, if Kamaru goes out, finishes Colby in the rematch, and then finishes his next opponent after that, I'll probably put him a tad ahead.
