Yeah that’s the one and only time though. And I’m not even saying Jones doesn’t have punching power to insult Jon-in fact it’s a testament to his style that he’s been able to achieve everything without using what is normally every other fighters main weapons. Every fighter punches but Jon just doesn’t do it as often. For some reason he doesn’t need to.

If you listed out all the attributes and skills a fighter can have, Jon is high in everything, not just the normal things but the rarest things too like fight IQ. He has more game than anybody, specifically he refuses to give up or even show pain. In-between rounds vs Gustafsson he looked like a deer in the headlights, but during the rounds he just went stonefaced and kept applying his techniques. Apart from power in his hands, that's the one thing he doesn't have, meanwhile he's practically the best kicker to ever compete, and then all the other X factors he has over other fighters that have nothing to do with skill.
