Obviously likely no lightweight actually walks around at 155 lbs and then proceeds to fight at 155 lbs (Unless it's Frankie Edgar). That's the same for just about every class. So what would you estimate are the actual ranges for each weight class (Weight on fight night, not out at the pub)?

Flyweight (125)
Small 138-140 (based of MM's stated weight himself)
Average probably 142-145

BW (135)
148-153 Average weight (based off TJ and Cody stated fight weight 148 and 150 respectively)
154+ The bigger guys of the division (Based off the 3 people who were recommended by the CSAC to move up a weight class)

"Moraes gained 14.5 percent back after weigh-ins, coming in 155 pounds on fight day after weighing in at 135.4. Alcantara went from 135.4 at weigh-ins to 154.6 on fight day, a 14-percent gain. Sanders went from 135.6 to 154.5, a 14-percent gain"

FW (145)
No real sources, I'm just guesstimating low to average at 160-170 (Chad walks around at 164 and Edgar 158)
Big guys at 170+

etc.
I could be way off, but what do you guys think?

Khabib and Ferguson around 170lbs
Woodley is around 190lbs
Rockhold at 200+lbs
DC is prolly around 220lbs
Stipe is probably between 230-255lbs

Ive seen Cub on the scale more than once between fights and he is a regular 180lbs, plus he is not a huge FW. So go recalculate your figures........

Top WWs get well over 200lbs

Edit: you said fight night............add 15-20lbs to weight category

I used to think it was 15-20, but once you get past Bantamweight, you start running into a much large range of weight cutters. According to that article you had lightweight Ramos who was considered too big at 179, and then you have guys like Drew Dober coming in at 182 lbs, nearly 30 lbs above.
