What do you consider to be the golden era of the UFC?

It depends. If you speak on some champion monster, something we have never seen like before, it's Pereira. I don't know but as Izzy said, the fact he got motivated to train heavily, it was created a monster. I think I thought I had never seen someone like Jon Jones, but maybe Poatan is in that or even above never seen before monster. I don't know if I have ever seen someone that... It's even scary.

2006 - 2013 no doubt in my mind. The roster was filled with talent and fighters were a lot more active. Not to mention they weren't throwing interim titles and instant title rematches around like candy
yeah they were...you serious? lol. The UFC using interim titles for no reason is not a recent thing.

2006-2013 without a doubt!

The sheer fact that You had both GSP and Silva in their prime, plus my fav Machida winning the belt in 2009 = best times to be a fan!

2006 - 2013 was my favorite time for it. I was training and doing bjj at the time. Also across the street from my bands rehersal studio was a guy who had a house party every ufc event. So it was convenient to just walk across the street to watch the ppv's for free while getting super drunk, and snorting lines if there wasn't a bbq also going on. Those were good times.

2006-2015 time frame. Silva, GSP, the beginning of Jones and plenty of others. Also at that time there weren't weekly events like now so fight cards were stacked and existing.
