He’s always spoken that way lol . I’m Italian and I kinda just mumble when I get going in a conversation when tired and people are like um wtf did you say? Lol

Whether or not he has cte I cannot say. But I can tell you for sure that his incomprehensibility was there from the start and is not a symptom of cte.
