Physically, I thought he looked a little softer than usual.
I thought Browne went down kinda easy.
Cain dos what he was supposed to do though. You have to destroy the guys you are supposed to destroy

Obviously everyone will agree he looked good because he had a first round KO and took virtually no damage doing it.

Browne for his part is world famous for getting blasted in the first round and has abysmal striking defense, and arguably some of the worst coaching in MMA.

If Cain can stay healthy he's one of the best.

Obviously he looked good. This was a squash match though. He was laways gonna look good here barring some miracle, which was even more unlikely given Browne's insistence on staying with one of the worst coaches in all of MMA.

I will instead talk about Brownes performance...he is terrible...his movement is horrible...his body is not made for MMA. If Cain fought any top 5 opponent, i think he would lose. Cain is done.

No don't get me wrong, I don't dislike Keith, they are just fun to see get beat up. Whenever they lose it is in very entertaining fashion.
