I saw the video with the cops and the boiling water a few days ago. Those cops have no common sense. They almost forced that interaction with the woman. If someone is not all there. Don't start giving them commands to touch the stove and then freak out when she gets near the water. They could have just asked her politely if they can shut off the stove for her. Even a simple "hey the water is boiling so let me get it for you while you are looking through your papers" is enough to prevent the situation. They could have kept her near the couch without access to the boiling water or knives in the kitchen. They can fill out what they need to fill out and leave the place. I will admit there are parts of the video that aren't clear like was she trying to throw the water or not. She might have been dangerous but they could have prevented interaction in the first place.

I don't know much about that cop's background or his service record. He just lacks simple common sense to be a "good" officer. I have relatives with Alzheimer's and hearing issues. I wouldn't want this guy to show up to help them.

I usually side with the cops as my whole family is and was in Law Enforcement but theyre the first to call bad cops out as well and that dude murdered her. My dad was an officer for 28 years and agrees 100 percent with me.
