Crime What did the cops do wrong today Megathread Vol. 6 ? (who knows, lots of cop threads)

Shut the fuck up idiot. I'm not condoning the shooting. I'm just saying that's an odd thing to joke about. They clearly didn't think it was funny given the end result.
You don't think that says a lot about you as a person????

Some innocent lady in her home that needed help gets invaded, held capacitive, ordered to perform task, by a death squad. Then gets her head blown off for speaking in her own home while complying.

Your first reaction is "the strange part about this is she said something...."

Then you fly off the handle when another poster clearly points out how backwards & dangerous that is.

You don't think any of that says anything about how you really feel & who you relate to in this scenario?

Exactly. His first reaction tells everything you need to know about him.

you’re a fucking moron. The killed her after they told her to turn off the pot and that’s your reaction. Idiot

Exactly. His first reaction tells everything you need to know about him.
Also, have to love the "im not saying i support it" dance. All while running away from openly condemning it, just to scrutinize a lady talking in her own home.

Guess being the comedy or speech police matters more than condemning an innocent American citizen getting her head blown off by the state monsters in her own home.

But you do want attention right now. That’s why you started running your cocksucker and then tagging me a few times. You just want to fight and argue so just admit it
Since you obviously lack any self awareness whatsoever, let me remind you what begging for attention actually looks like.

https://forums.sherdog.com/threads/...ons-to-determine-if-justified-or-not.4309574/

Worth noting: Once you did get the attention you sought, you got your ass absolutely handed to you. iirc, you had a breakdown that required hospitalization. Hope you are better.

Where’s the video you’ve seen?

It's in the video posted itt. If an 18 minute video was too much for you to process, then you probably shouldn't be spewing shit. Mop bucket......smdh

He told her to turn off the water, the video evidence shows he pulled the gun and she said she was joking, he murdered her cold blood

The video also shows her trying to hurl the pot at the officer. The bullets hitting her is likely why she failed.

That's not what happened. Which of these facts do you dispute.
-The cop asked her to pick up the pot
-The cop put her life in danger by pointing a loaded deadly weapon at her head because he didn't like what she said.
-She apologized and said she was putting the pot down then was shot.

Lets stick to the facts. Which of these facts aren't true?

She had not committed a crime. There was zero reasonable articulable suspension of a crime.

Cute! You are Parroting words you heard big people say. The problem is RAS only applies to investigative detentions, and this wasn't an investigative detention. This was a consensual encounter. She summoned the police to her home, and then she invited them in.

If you don't know the difference between detentions and consensual police encounters, you should educate yourself before speaking out of your ass.

She was a victim asking for help and he escalated to killing her.

She reported a prowler, and then was dishonest and less than cooperative when the police showed up. It took her 4 minutes to answer the door for the help she summoned, and then lied to them about the vehicle in the driveway, which was hers. hmmm, I wonder if she was lying about the prowler also?

Police violence is supposed to be proportional.

I already told you Illinois doesn't have a continuum of force requirement. Maybe you don't know what those words mean lol. But even if we did have continuum of force, that pot of hot liquid could potentially cause GBI, the next rung up the ladder is lethal force.

Aren't you upthread claiming she was held captive?
Not only can your question be self answered
but you would need to answer the question asked to you first if you were attempting to have an honest conversation. Or had an honest argument based on facts & logic.

She summoned the police to her home and invited them inside. That's invaded and held captive? GTFO.
Yes, once you start ordering people to do things while armed & obviously looking to flex that authority on an innocent citizen.

If you invited me to your home, and I started ordering you around with a weapon does this change the dynamic???

You're terrified to engage in a normal conversation about it. So you are probably the one that should gtfo

Invaded and held captive? You weren't interested in honest discourse anyway.

Keep running. Here is another simple question that you probably can't answer.

Did this woman deserve to die for picking up a pot after the officer ordered her to?

-The cop asked her to pick up the pot

I believe he ASKED her to turn the water off. She picks up a pot using pot holders and advances a couple steps toward them while saying "where you going?" and he responds "away from your hot steaming water". That is him expressing that he is uncomfortable and views the pot of water as a threat to his safety. His weapon is still holstered at that point. She then says "I rebuke you in the name of Jesus"....which is an implied threat that she is going to throw that water on him.

Carry a pot of boiling water in to your local Baptist Church Sunday and start rebuking people
as you approach and watch how many guns come out. lol
-The cop put her life in danger by pointing a loaded deadly weapon at her head because he didn't like what she said.

That happened AFTER he had already expressed that her getting closer with the pot of water put his safety at risk.

-She apologized and said she was putting the pot down then was shot.

She had both hands on the pot and was in the process of hurling it at him when she was shot. It's in the video posted by Poon Goon. When that video was first posted, you could actually see the first shot hitting her left clavicle area but it's probably been blurred by now.

Lets stick to the facts. Which of these facts aren't true?

Since we are just sticking to the facts. Was this a consensual encounter initiated by Ms. Massey, or was she invaded and held captive?

Nobody with mental health issues deserves to die a violent death.

But also, no officer deserves to be assaulted with a steaming liquid.

I have great reverance for human life, my heart goes out to the Massey family, and to Grayson. It's a tragic outcome for all parties, but it certainly wasn't an outcome the Cops were angling for in anyway.

@WklySportsMemes

I'm not running. But I left a couple questions for you also.

Is invaded and held captive a statement you want to retract?

This is a complete falsehood she never got close to him.

Do you not know how some stove burners work? The burner is still hot. Even if cut off it will boil over or still burn. Have you ever adulted before????

They aren't at a "Baptist church." Talk about fan fiction.

She can "rebuke them in the name of Jesus" all she wants. It's not a threat. They were in her home being condescending & ordering her around. She had every right to condemn what wound up being an evil monster that murdered her.

How is it consensual, when you literally tried to argue that the cop should have the authority over her to tell her exactly how to stop a pot from boiling over on her own stove????? Taking it off (the best and appropriate method) wasn't acceptable to you. You believe she should of complied to his exact orders of "turning it off."
Contradiction much???

She said sorry and lowered everything and terrifyingly crouched down in fear. You are ignoring this most important part on purpose.
THEN the shots were fired.

"respect life"
No you dont... You're an apologist for cold blooded murder from an ill-tempered maniac.

She wasn't being detained but you feel like the murderer should of been able to order her on exactly how to stop a pot from boiling over and in which direction she must move to place the pot out of hazard??????

That makes zero logical sense.

This isn't a detention, she wasn't being held captive. You are digging your heels into your own delusion.
