What did Jailton Almeida actually say?

The Brazilian translator said "I'm at your disposal" when he called out Aspinall. That can't possibly be Jailton actually said, right? Or maybe it is, considering he he screwed up in saying Las Vegas instead of Los Angeles. Can any native Brazilians clear this up?

It was a proper literal translation
"Dude.. In case Aspinall's fight doesn't happen... Tom Aspinall I'm at your disposal if you need."
He meaned it as if the Jones fight doesnt materialize and Tom wants to fight, he's ready to step in.

And yes, he was struggling a little bit there, I think Spivac ground and pound actually got him. The translator asked something and he answered something else, plus the Las Vegas mess up
