Others turned it down because, like we all know now, she can actually make 135 if she wants to. But Cyborg has dictated her terms throughout her career, fighting tooth and nail to keep her ill-gotten muscle mass, trying to Twitter-bait anyone she can into taking "catchweight" fights so she can keep her only advantage, which is mass.
