I got to think about this one.

Just wondering what you guys thought of this.

I'll add my input after reading some of yours.

Castration for p3dos and rapists.
Death penalty for embezzlement over $1 mil.
100 lashes for being an asshole.

P.s. If I had gotten power, the world would tremble. I'd be the worst tyrant ever.

P.p.s.s. castration for internet prankers.

I hate it when people are wrongly accused and imprisoned for something they didn't do and the people responsible for putting them there(prosecutors, police, etc.) always seem to get away scot-free even though they withheld evidence or lied.

Real talk, I'm generally anti capital punishment, but I know that if I came to power, I'd make Robespierre look like a pacifist.

Increase: Assault

"Oh', you're a violent psychopath who beat up an old man for no reason? Well, you didn't kill him, so a year with some probation should suffice."

Decrease: Minor drug possession.

Child rape,:eek::eek::eek:philia, murder, etc should be much harsher. Any crime where the other person is permanently and debilitatingly damaged, even just mentally. Also corporate crime should be judged by dollar amount and number of people affected/harmed.

Criminal are stupid with their guns and knives and shit. They could just be out there eye-poking their way to financial stability and never do a day in jail.

Or just become a registered Republican and take the mulligan.

Any country that doesn't have legalized prostitution are ass-backwards. Legalize the trade, give them business numbers, let the ladies (and the 13 dudes doing it) bang, and let them pay taxes. As far as rapists,:eek::eek::eek:s, child traffickers, crimes against children etc... I'm so torn between mass dirt-naps or making their lives so absolutely miserable they repeated try killing themselves.

With the amount of Americans incarcerated, the "For profit" penal system would be a real game-changer. Just saying.

Death penalty for everything.

Time to take out the trash and clean this absurd dump up.

I would make covering up sex trafficking and accepting foreign bribes as President (or other elected official) punishable by firing squad.

If your pet harms someone else—you catch the punishment. They destroy someone's property? You destroyed their property. They bit someone? You bit them. They kill someone? You killed them. And you're charged appropriately. It makes no sense for you to suffer far weaker consequences just because "your property" committed those acts, vs you doing so yourself. All it breeds is complacency when it comes to owning dangerous animals. How many of these problems could be solved if people were genuinely being held accountable?

If someone falsely accuses someone else of a crime—that person is then charged with committing that crime. This would immediately greatly reduce false accusations, and what would be the downside? None that I can think of.

Poaching should be punishable by 6-12 months in jail and a 10 year loss of hunting license.

Ransomware attacks should be met with life in prison (I don't know what the actual punishment is, but it's probably not harsh enough).

Unintentionally starting wildfires should be 10 years in prison. Intentionally should be life in prison, or death penalty.

As far as crimes that I think are treated too seriously? Well at least Federally, and I'm sure in many states still, weed is treated far more seriously than it should be. It's way less dangerous than alcohol and should be treated as such. I don't know enough about other drugs to comment on them.

After 3 strikes, you've proven yourself unfit for society

Or copy the Chinese model of how they deal with criminals

Or the Singaporean model

Or the Japanese model

Asia knows how to keep their citizens safe

Massive increase to punishment for white collar crimes and scams.

Murder/manslaughter chargers for companies that abusing their positions and causing deaths; specifically in industries like the healthcare industry. The Sackler family should be serving life. CEOs of insurance companies auto denying claims should serve life. Pharmabros exploiting patent loopholes should serve life.

- Fire crimes. Animals crimes. Burton trying to do a Super-Man movie starring Cage

Corporate malfeasance.

Make the shareholders pay and it's no longer worth the risk. To often its simply a case of having to give back your ill-gotten gains. Currently it's like eye poking in MMA, basically got to cheat to get to the top.

This, all day. I think one thing that drives me most up the wall is seeing personal accountability going by the wayside when it's under a company or corporation. There should be shedloads of POS company owners who should be in jail but they just pay fines
