International What country is doing things right?

Well duh. It wouldn't be free like it is for Canadian citizens. But the lowest Canadian has access to healthcare and won't be turned away at the hospital because they don't have insurance. Again, not saying our system is perfect, far from it. But a lot more Americans would benefit from our system, and the Canadian people would suffer if forced to switch to a pay for care system. "A nation should not be judged by how it treats its highest citizens, but its lowest ones".
That sounds nice and I'm for UHC, but at the same time when you're in the tax bracket of higher or highest citizens and still get the same care as the so called lowest citizens, it becomes a little hard to digest. If a flat fee were taken from our taxes and not a percentage with the option to upgrade services, it would be more fair.

If you were privately insured in the US depending on your age your monthly insurance premium would probably be at least $750 plus a 5K yearly deductible. Much more if you are insuring your family. Your stitches would have been out of pocket.

Not before Obama.

The WORLD is suffering from all of the same economic and immigration hardships at the same time. Some deal with it better than others. It's almost as if some people planned and are causing all this strife for personal gain......

Not before Obama.

This... my family premium was around $200/month (2 adults - 4 kids).

After Obamacare, it was around $600

Here's how Obama sold it...

"I will sign a universal health care bill into law by the end of my first term as president that will cover every American and cut the cost of a typical family's premium by up to $2,500 a year."

Rated - Broken Promise

Everyone's criticizing the US, but I can't name a country that is doing things right. I used to think of Switzerland but I watched the Pete Santinello travel video on Youtube and saw they have their own very serious problems over there. So now, I can't really think of a single country.
lmao

I’m not surprised by your ignorance and stupidity.
Most of the world isn’t trying to move here, that was obvious hyperbole, but the US is and has been the destination for international immigration. Although I imagine that will change at least in the short term due to the political climate

All jokes aside Canadians are poor and the economy is bad with a grim projection. (To be the worst G7 country in the coming decades).

Historically, as an individual country, yes. However, that has been changing in recent years. People are increasingly migrating to the Caribbean, Latin America and Europe.
