What are your thoughts on the Michael Johnson vs Beneil Dariush fight?

I thought it was a good competitive fight. Not as much a robbery as people say but it still slightly was. Thought Johnson clearly won.

Judges really have to drop the ball to get on Sanchez/Pearson levels. It's not easy.

Johnson is a beast. I don't say that as a fan. His striking is crisp, he has some mean snap to his punches and he is always working angles and challenging his opponent.

I thought he was a decent up and comer, but then he laid an egg against Nate dog and didn't show much. I know Nate is no scrub, but seems like Johnson blew his chance at getting near the title in a sharktank of a division.

I had a decent bit of money (for me) on MJ in that fight. I'm still sick over it.

Thought MJ won. So did Dariush judging by his reaction to the decision.

Really should've been an easy fight to score. Johnson won the first 2 rounds and Dariush won the 3rd. There was no whooping, fight was fairly competitive but it was all striking and Johnson was definitely more effective the first 2 rounds.
