Do you know if it was when they had Queensryche opening?I met James and Lars in a bar in Portland,Maine when I was still in high school,just after their second show in Maine.I was 16 and worked as a "roadie/lightman" for a local,popular band and they came in for a pint.They shit on Queensryche for being non drinking,early to bed pussies.They had a new opening act shortly thereafter.James was cool but Lars was creepy as fuck.

I have Speed Metal Symphony. Friedman's chops are just a little tastier, if slightly less technically jawdropping than Becker's, but really they're both outstanding axemen. Love the old Shrapnel era.
