I received a check from my parents but am not expecting anything else from anyone. Since I retired from elementary education this year it will be the first XMAS in years that I don't get a bunch of stuff from students and parents. Kind of depressing to be honest.

I pretty much buy what I wanted during the year. Zero probability someone will buy me something good I couldn't bring myself to buy myself or couldn't find myself.
