JDS backing himself against the cage and getting stuck there, usually with his hands down and/or tripping against the fence and/or circling with zero defense.

Werdum with his "closed eyes and rushing forward kamikazi technique".

Roy Nelson always eatin them whoppers.

BJ Penn - refusal to attempt take downs

Yeah, and he had decent TD’s too! He took down Fitch enough to get a draw in their fight.

I find it frustrating to watch Overeem not just go for the kill when he has a guy hurt too. Yes sometimes he gassed and got KOd by going all in for the finish. But he gasses and gets KO’d when he doesn’t, too.

So

Might as well just go for it

Weidman has the bad habit of covering up and allowing opponents to land with combinations, always hated this.

Cerrone and his Ronda-esque head movement.

TS beat me to it. JDS is favorite HW ever. Hard watching him suffer from neglecting such an obvious hole.

Calling out Nick Diaz

Never throwing spinning shit

Everyone should be going for eyepokes. Rarely gets you disqualified and can blind your opponent easier to finish them

Getting a draw against Fitch, by itself should be a HOF induction criteria tbh. The guy was quicksand. Like, Maia-level annoyance

I think JDS and Werdum were the only ones capable of NOT finishing Reem while he was hurt. Pathetic. JDS had him badly hurt against the fence and decided to back away and let him recover. And then proceeded to get KOed by Reem 1 or 2 minutes later. Werdum had Reem badly hurt in the 3rd, and with 1 or 2 minutes left only, instead of unleashing on him (3 or 4 more strikes would´ve been enough), he decided to take him down to work his ground game, with less than a minute to end the fight. Waaaaaaaaaaaay to go, retard.

Reem freezing up and not defending

Fighters who press forward with punches while leaving their chin up. if you want a good referral to what I'm talking about, go rewatch Ryan Janes vs Andrew Sanchez. worst fight ever and Janes won that fucking fight!! it's so easy to capitalize on someone with their chin up, IF you know what you're doing.

How some of the best fighters in the world wont check a damn leg kick

1st one, shame on you

2nd one, shame on me

Touching their noses every few seconds. I think Barao and Babalu often did that.

blocking punches with their face when the get lit up or reaching for a single bend over at the waist with no set up.
