What are some small but convenient game changing items that you have applied to your life...

Yeah, I got one of these about eight years ago when I was still doing renovations. It was, and is, awesome. Great for sanding, a whole myriad of precise little cuts/notches, de-grouting things. Wood, drywall, metal, even concrete/stone in a limited capacity - it has a head for it and can do surprising things. It doesn't sound like much but I've found this little guy to be a tremendous time saver. Whatever tiny little job that takes 10x as long as you think it should, this thing probably cuts the time in half. I have a Milwaukee one, but I believe every major tool company makes one now.

Guy I work with has a rigid one in his kit.....sounds silly but it's actually amazing. The whole head comes off to expose the mechanism and they make a lot more attachments that clip in and transform it to another tool. It runs jigsaw blades, little reciprocating blades, rotary bits for drywall and you can likely get a bidet attachment too. Top notch engineering

Mounted a shaving mirror in my shower.

Its unreal.
If you are a guy that shaves his face get one. There's no sink or counter to clean up, everything just disappears down the drain. Also have waterproof clippers in there so my shower is also sexy sexy barbershop.

I have one of those that goes to 212lbs thinking I had big man strength. This one would have worked fine for me lol

I'm probably gonna get that one soon, 60kg becomes easy after a while. 212lb seems like a lot though, I'm pretty sure I'll never be able to max it out lol.

I got it to 199 once(it has a digital display) but can't do it again for some reason.

Oscillating tool. These have been out for a while, but as somebody that works in the trades these things are a game changer.

Bidet. Espcially good for when I get ass burn from spicy foods. They are very affordable now too. Mine was only $30.

1- I guess you don't have to worry about breaking and it's more manly

2- Don't work in the trade so I'll take your word for it

3- You finally discovered washing your ass properly. Fair play.

For me I got adjustable lamps. Power saving and can set the mood.

I wholeheartedly endorse every one of these products.

Trans cranial headphones for listening and being able to hear around you.

Bluetooth earbud for falling to sleep whilst listening to audiobooks.

Audiobooks to fall asleep to or brighten my day.

Spotify.

Leatherman supertool 300 is an EDC. Very well made tool.

Aeropress coffee maker is the bomb if you don't have hundreds to spend on a machine.

Beard balm. I go for beard struggle. Moustache wax too.

Budbomb pipe has lasted me over 20 years of smooth resilience. A Storz and Bickle mighty for home use. IMCO lighter as my daily, guys that like the Zippo might be interested in them, the wartime German alternative, can be used as a candle in a pinch.

Zojirushi flask/mug. Keeps shit hot or cold, one handed operation.

Going to these floating docks for my jetskis vs having the hand crank lifts has been a game changer. You don't have to go into the water at all now if you don't want to.

My old lifts were like this:

I got my order of baking paper and used one for chicken legs in the air fryer. It worked great. I bought the large 8 inch diameter to fit my air fryer and they are just over 11 inches wide when folded out so they will fit nicely on a plate too. I highly recommend them.

All black generic socks... I bought a lot of them!

Socks are the crap that would slow me down the most in the morning on most days... trying to match them. Only finding one sock and the other disappearing out of thin air.

Getting all of the same socks is wonderful. Every sock matches with every other. So when one sock inevitably vanishes out of thin air one day, it doesn't matter. Black dress socks are pretty much universal when dressing professional. I'll wear stylish ones if I can find them but if I don't have time, black and generic it is.

Maybe I'll do that with clothes too.

this sound machine. It has multiple white noise effects. I love it. Helps me sleep soundly. I even take it on vacation.
