jk but I don’t understand how this guy has gotten so popular. I definitely went through a kick watching some of the prison story channels, but this guy is mostly a weird motivational speaker type. Big Herc is much better IMO and I think there’s another guy or two who will do some longer interviews where the dialogue tells a guest’s biography.

big herc and wes watson became famous because they are living memes. big herc had catch frases like "splitting wigs",busting cheeks,petergazing his repeated advocacy for people getting a trade instead of gang banging became its own running gag. wes watsons schtick was how he would become insanley rabid,loud and aggressive telling his prison stories this sort of hyperbole illicited laughter from the viewers. these guys have people laughing at them not with them.

He has insider stories to tell about life in the pennitentiary, which a lot of people are curious about, but don't know anything about.

Anyways, seems like a cool guy, despite the amped up personality .
