IIRC, the Fertittas sold the UFC to WME for 4 billion USD so they can buy the Raiders and move them to Vegas.

They may want to give that some time. Last time xfl went belly up after 1 season. WWE also just lost 1 billion in market share value so which isnt a direct relation that xfl is already in trouble but makes it less likely that if xfl does end up on financial hardship and the stock value of WWE dosent recover super well vinces assets he could sell for funding won't be quite as lucrative.
