I have Werdum.
He has a great chin, a greater variety in striking, still has power, can handle pressure and can stand and trade while taking shots. If he gets on top of Miocic, it will shortly be over. Also, if Stipe wants him down he has to be very careful, while pressuring Werdum, but still remaining calm and patient.
Stipe does have nice and clean boxing, he couldn't put Nelson out (nothing to be ashamed of), but couldn't do it to Gonzaga or Struve (two of the weakest chins at HW), and Gonzaga was gassed too. Putting out Arlovski, who arguably can't take any serious power punches at this stage in his career in under a minute is impressive, however, he wasn't at the top.
Stipe is essentially a Cain 1.0, with better boxing, with weaker pressure, power? and of course, wrestling/cage control.
Who do you have in this fight? and why?
