Werdum has been chasing his opponents with punches in last few of his fights. It is not out of the ordinary that he did this with Stipe.

He did say he thought stipe was a "great fire fighter". Werdum didn't respect stipe at all and got put to sleep. Stipe vs Overeem next. Should be interesting but stipe is quick I don't know if Overeem can get his hands n him before stipe throws a few bombs.

His muy thai is pretty good. I mean he worked Cain in the clinch and thats cains strength. And thats not even what lost him the fight tonight. Werdum for all his improvements on the feet is still pretty awful defensively. And racing hands out chin up full speed against a accurate, technical boxer is a recipe for disaster
