I'm no fast food expert but generally speaking in Canada we never even got good deals in the first place. Like the stuff that was $1 in the US would cost like $3 here. Even taking in account our weaker monopoly currency that's not quite right. The ratio is 1 Murka dollar to 1.3 Canadian dollar, charging 2x, 3x, 4x more ain't it.

I'm talking about the old 99 cent value menu. Back then when 3 bucks meant something. Jr. Bacon cheeseburger, cheeseburger deluxe, and a value fries. $3 and some change. I still get my Wendy's fix. But it doesn't compare to the old school menu.
