Social Well, well, well...

@Red Beard Good to read you brother.
I think you could spend all your life searching for one person who never let an opportunity slip away and you would never find it. But those missing chances are the one that teach us to take advantage of future ones. So you should not be harsh on yourself for that.
A thing we say here is "con el diario del lunes..." (spanish for "with mondays newspaper..."). Meaning nobody knows anything before the fact. We would not make mistakes knowing the future.
Just give everything you got to the things you do and you will be left with no regrets.

Regarding your life... 2025 has been rough for you but you are still here kicking and taking care of a lot of things. Seems like you are under a lot of pressure.
Feel free to rant here whenever you don't feel well... misery loves company and it is not like we are all thriving all the time.

Chin up, my brother.

🍗🍗🍗 FCF for life!

40!

Welcome to the club white beard.

Ahh yes, shedding of the skin.

Burn those memories you no longer need, and let them fall like ashes in the wind..

Dangerous to take with you on this second life they are…

You're going through a rough time right now, but it'll get better.

As for your question, I'd go back to when I was five, but only for the sake of going down a different path in life and doing it right.

I was bullied a lot as a kid, at school and at home, and going from an independent man to a little boy and being treated as such would be torturous, but I'd have to do a ways to manage and avoid it.

With the exception of a few bright spots, my teenaged years and twenties were awful and though I'm catching up quite well now, I'm a year off forty.

So yeah, I'd go back in time, but only to try again, stay on a good path and not waste my youth on depression, loneliness and being poor.

:(

Sup, Red?
Haven't seen you for a while.
Hope all is well.

My question for the bros! Do you have a time in your life that you look back on and wish you could go back and love it again with the perspective you have now?
I try not to do that.

Yes, I can acknowledge that I could have "smelled the roses' A bit better from some time in the past, but the only use that has, is to remind myself to do it in my present and future. I dont look back too much. Cos i'm not going that way.
