I think people are misremembering MM/Cejudo 2. It was a really technical fight but not particularly exciting. Every time Cejudo took MM to the ground, all he did was control him without much ground and pound. There weren't big momentum swings in that fight compared to some of the honorable mentions.

There is some good fight up there.
But,
UFC 202: Conor McGregor vs Nate Diaz II, great anticipation, but the fight, not even in my top 100
UFC 248: Weili Zhang vs Joanna Jedrzejczyk, not even close

There is so many good fights every year ; like Yan vs Aldo lately

I really don't see the hype on JJ v Zhang. Was a good back and forth, but no one was close to being finished at any point. It's up for debate it was even the fight of the year. DJ v Cejudo is a terrible pick as well.

This was my first thought as well. Kind of sullied by Chael popping for steroids afterward as well. But yeah, this was really more of a one-sided domination. Speaking of which...

Cody v Cruz

I agree with your other picks, but not this one. I’m a huge Cruz fan, but Cody totally outclassed him and there was no real back-and-forth, up-and-down feel to this fight.
