in response to preventing dangerous weight cuts why don't they just establish a minimum allowable water percentage? Do they not do this bc it will vary from person to person (I can't imagine it would vary that much) or is it hard to accurately measure water percentage in the body? I find this also a surmountable task. I am not advocating for it or against it I just wonder why the people who would be trying to prevent these extreme weight cuts would not suggest this. Thanks for any insight I may be missing or unclear on.
