Khabib was very good but he didn’t stick around long enough to prove himself the GOAT. There’s current champions with more defences and better wins than him right now. Part of what makes being a GOAT special is sticking around and defending, beating the test of time. Khabib did not do that.

a LOT of people seem to think that for some reason (I assume most are newer fans). I honestly wouldn't even put him in the top 15 GOATS and i'm a massive Khabib fan. He just doesn't have the Resume and he wasn't super well rounded. He had great wrestling and submissions yes but his striking was average at best and looked sloppy at times and he really hasn't faced many good wrestlers either.

This, If Khabib had at least 3 - 5 more title defenses then I would think about considering him one of the top 10 GOATS.

I’d say Usman for all the ppl on here who actually rate him that high. I don’t personally think he’s a GOAT at all.

Usman is great dont get me wrong. But the fact people were saying he has surpassed GSP blew me away.
