Weakened during training

There recently was this thread about massive nerves before training.

What I feel though is weakness while in the dojo. I can do 45 pounds bicep curls[I m only 120 pounds but thats not the pt, just illustrate] But when in the dojo I feel I can only do half or less, whe I m exerting on others. Any1 feels this too?
 
This is mental. Adrenaline is dumping in your system in an uncontrolled manner and this is making you feel weak. you are not really weak, you know that, so tell your brain to shut off and just let you be!

Try deep relaxing breaths and positive visualization- it sounds corny but it really does help.
