How are khabibs comments going the opposite away? He literally talked about killing anti-muslim bigotry which im sure most sane people agree with. Anti-muslim bigotry - which is what Muslims define “islamophobia” as - is different from criticising Islam which is allowed.

Also there are no long explanations needed, you just need to read the source material in the tafsir. If people can’t be bothered to read the source material then the fault lies with them.

Do you think people have the time to go on each religion sources by the text to merely understand what they are talking about ? No. And they shouldn't have to. Me: The verse is not about killing unbelievers willy nilly. If you actually bothered to read the tafsir - which is how Muslims understand each and every verse if the Quran - you’ll see its a about a specific war that took place 1400 years against the Quraysh.

Me: Quranic exegesis that explain the Quran. There are volumes and volumes of the stuff. Why don’t you start with ibn kathirs tafsir and go from there.

It would cover more than a lifetime to go deep in every religion old books on the planet Einstein. But we don't need to, as most religions have pretty clear teachings / philosophy and are not in conflict with litterally all the other ones. So we globally can live and let live.
