The problem is not if Canelo is guilty or not.

The problem is that they moved the hearing to April 18th and HBO refuses to promote the fight until Canelo is cleared.

So if Canelo is cleared, they would only have 2 weeks to promote the fight. There is more time to promote the fight for September instead.

After the NSAC's recent move, he believes the contest will not take place - at least not on May 5th as intended.

Nah they said when they filed the actual official complaint That the 18th is the normal meeting date so they scheduled the hearing for that day but they also said point blank if Canelo wants the meeting on the 10th instead that they would be fine with that. So far GBP hasn't asked it to be moved to the 10th or to a date even sooner than that because initially without the complaint Canelo could have attended the meeting on the phone, now I think they require him to show up in person. So if anyone is dragging ass it's Canelo and his team.

I might be the black sheep here but I have lost alot of interest in this fight. If it was on this weekend sure Id watch it. But I have nowhere near the level of interest in the rematch as before.

1- Thought GGG won
2- Alvarez couldnt even admit it was a draw let alone a GGG win
3- Clenelo Alvaroids caught using clen (fuck off with your meat story ya cunt)
4- It just ages ggg even more after he already had to wait for his shot at Canelo to being with

Despite my mini list, I am not a ggg fanboy, Im just becoming more anti canelo as the weeks go on.

I hope GGG snatches the belt from BJS and retires. Maybe give Jacobs a shot too. Canelo and De La Hoya can fuck off. His attitude after the fight, I vaguely remember Tyson saying he wanted to kill and eat Lewis' children, but as soon as the fight was over and he lost he was saying thank you to Lennox and being a gentleman. Canelo acted like a cunt.

There's this inner turmoil I'm going through rn, where I think you should be punished when you're caught being a drug cheat but at the same time I want this fight to happen now and having to wait only seems like it would affect GGG since he's the one who could get old overnight. Another 5 months or so doesn't seem like much but it could be for a guy like Golovkin.

I really wanted to see this rematch, and I still want to see it even though Clenelo had to clen. I know he should face consequences but I still wish they could've found a way to test him everyday or something for the next month or so and if he stayed clean then GGG could kick his ass in May instead of having to wait to do it until September or whenever the fuck they decide to do it. Old man gonna get older all b/c the young guy had to juice up b/c the old guy bullied him around and he couldn't handle it. Disappointed in you, Cinnamon, I'm disappointed.

golovkin has to move on at this point. guys coming off peds like canelo in both mma and boxing generally never do well post peds and it would nt surprise me at all if a ped-free canelo goes fernando vargas post delahoya and the luster of a golovkin/canelo rematch fades

Canelo lost the first fight to anyone with a brain. I was hoping to see GGG go for the kill and not leave it to the shitty judges in a rematch but Canelo had to be a fucking retard and eat shitty meat. How the fuck is he too stupid to not buy organic?
