I can't hang a heavy bag in my house so I bought a wavemaster(standing bag, you know what I mean?)

I think it's not bad but there are several things I dislike, first of all, the bag moves when I start punching it, I end up against the other wall of the room
anybody got a solution?same problem?

Get a sheet of plywood and set the wavemaster on it and trace the base. Cut out the trace mark and set the base in the opening. Now that bad boy won't move.
