Completed watching the first season earlier this morning. Overall i thought it was a good show till the finale.
Show used a way to describe certain terrorists, short or long game. The finale played the long game. Their were no conclusions throughout the entire season. Overall it felt similar to 'The Wire' with the twist of the lead 'detective' being diagnosed with a certain disorder to explain her actions.
Major plot turn had to be the killing of the sniper by his comrade. Yet he had no character development for the entirety of the season. Meaning his death served no significant value in my eyes.
Suspicions of the daughter to Brody i found to be an additional major plot hole.
Does the story get any better in season two or should i just stop watching now?
