Washing Reversible Judo Gi (Fuji)

I recently bought a Fuji reversible judo gi. The blue side seems to be very deep in color.

Has anyone ever had any problems with the blue side of the jacket bleeding on the white side of the jacket?

I need to shrink it so I didn't know if using warm water would cause the blue color to run and mess up the white side of the jacket.

Any one have a reversible judo gi and shrunk it... especially a Fuji one?

Put colour catchers in.

wash it on cold with tide color guard and shrink it in the dryer
