Was it prime Nate the destroyed McGregor?

Nate is more or less the same fighter since he started out. The only thing that changes is his conditioning. Mcgregor loses every time he tries to go head to head with Nate. The formula is out there to beat a Diaz.

Conor was the last match-up he took seriously, imo. Just compare the way he moved against MJ to his fight with Pettis. By that point he was so slow and lethargic. First thing on his mind after his last fight was the after party. Still tough as nails but shouldn't be fighting anymore.

id say prime columbian marching powder destroyed mcgregor

I mean who gives a shit?

Nate took a huge beating, and then Conor got tired when Nate didnt just fall over when he was supposed to.

I think thats just all he has left. I dont think he could be anything more than what he is.

Styles matter more than primes. Nate has only properly been TKOed in one fight his whole career, he has a style where he could weather the early storm and tire an opponent out and beat them up over the rounds. It works against a frontrunner like Conor who generally only has 1-2 good rounds in him. Conor underestimated him because he was riding his own hype.

I dont think it matters wether Conor understimated him or not.Anybody who can take his shots,is going to give him trouble. When Porier tasted the hit,he didnt explode into a million pieces, didnt wake up with the ring doctor lookin at him,so he stopped being afraid of the guy. That left hand is all he really has.

He didnt destroy shit Conor was simply inefficient with his energy and then in the rematch when he was more efficient he dominated Nate like it was nothing.

That was passed prime Nate lol just goes to show that even prime Conor isn't as good as his fanboys made him out to be.

Washed up Diaz destroyed prime Conor with ease, arguably twice.

Hard to tell since he wasnt even training before the first Conor fight. I'd say probably slightly past his prime but not by a ton or anything.

Right, cause majority decisions are absolute domination "like it was nothing" lol. You sound stupid. I think Conor won 48-47 but the shit you say is hilarious.

His best performance ever was against MJ, so yea you could argue he was very slightly past his peak, and he never reached that form again due to not taking his conditioning ever as seriously again.

But he was certainly still in his prime and a handful for most when he fought Conor in both fights.
That was a great performance for sure, but I don't think that would be considered his prime. Prime was probably his win streak that culminated in a title shot. He beat Gomi, Cowboy, and Jim Miller in a row iirc. And he really beat the brakes off of Cowboy when he was still good and undefeated in the UFC.
