That's a major embellishment, wouldn't you say? Staring a man directly in his eyes with your hand on the back of his neck now equates to "slapping him around"?

If you'd like to refute my above statement, here's a link to the altercation. Please point out where Khabib "slapped him around". I'd be happy to admit I'm wrong if you can find something that supports your statement (e.g. different clip with more of the altercation). This whole thing was way overblown by Khabib haters.


EDIT: Maybe he slapped Artem at the 14/15 second mark? Camera pans away, but you can hear a slapping sound. So perhaps I'm incorrect.

Yes giving someone a light slap is the same as throwing a dolly at a bus injuring 3 people, nearly blinding one from the shattered glass and resulting in fights being cancelled.

Both Khabib and Conor were in the wrong but let's not pretend both incidents were equally bad.

And Khabib isn't even what made that situation ugly. It was a bunch of totally unrelated people getting showered with broken glass and missing fights.

Really Conor's bus incident probably doesn't crack the top 20 as far as lowest acts in MMA history IMO. I'd consider it worse to attack someone who's not a fighter. Just thinking of guys who did time or where the courts got involved, there's a lot of ugly histories in MMA

  • Alexander Emelianenko did time for sexual assault,
  • I think Bowles was cooking meth or something
  • Chael commiting fraud wasn't great
  • Penn hit a cop once
  • Dmitry Sosnovskiy kidnapped someone
  • Jones whole life
  • Rumble's domestic violence
  • Lee Murray's heist
  • Josh Grispi's domestic violence
  • One of the sweedish guys had a burglary rap

Great list. Gus beating up smaller men who did not train and at least 1 woman, which landed him in prison is another one that Sherdoggers do not like to mention.
 
Old news, but yeah was pretty low class. Although feel like Gerard Gordeau legit blinding Yuki Nakai with eye gouges permanently was lower class.

It was the stupidest shit ever. I cant believe Conor didn’t get in more trouble for that, he literally planned it in Ireland and flew in his goons all the way to US. Celebs and Rich people never get the same punishment.
