the difference being you can't get away with stupid post whoring responses in the War Room, because the topics actually require replies that are knowledge/oppinion based.

It's alot harder to talk about civil rights in a foreign country if you don't know anything about what's going on, as apposed to replying to a stupid topic about trannys.
