and loser Lorgar getting his city smashed by chad ultras is hilarious as wellNo problem. Dorn is definitely fleshed out more and I gained a lot more appreciation of him in this series.
His duel with Fulgrim is awesome.
Sigismund absolutely curb stomping the chaos champions in Warhawk is also epic.
Sanguinas on the ramparts battling Titans is so cool too.
Lots of cool shit in all the books.

Happy to report the word "warhammer" is no longer allowed on the Internet.
I run an online store for 3d printable model files, on a certain well known third-party site. I recently published a model of a Char 2C tank turret. A day later I received a notice that the site had de-published the product due to copyright complaints (read: threats) from Games Workshop.
What I had done was, I'd used the word warhammer as one of the hashtags. Apparently Games Workshop straight up owns that piece of the english language now. Cant write it. You just can't. In fact you can't even use the word itt. Neato.
I mean, it is commonly known you can't copyright a word. But in the era of Big Internet, what does the actual law matter?
But hey, you can still write it hyphenated (war-hammer), or separated into two words (war hammer). That's not at all kafkaesque.
I think I'm going to change the name of my company to "and". Then I'm going to copyright it. Because fuck the entire english-speaking world.
GW just did a massive crack down on 3d printed stuff. Luckily I had saved a lot of the files.
Last week or so.Really? Like, how recently? Last couple of months, or last couple of years? Source me, bwana.
I don't particularly mind when they go after blatant derivatives (though IMO original work is technically original work pretty much as long as you don't do recasts or 3d scans of GW products). But I try to steer well clear of drawing anything that can be considered Warhammer plagiarism even on a moral level. I do stuff like hex maps, knights with historical heraldry, ww2 tanks - that sort of thing. And bloody GW still went after me.
Last week or so.
Cults3d.com had a ton of things taken down.
Hellforged Miniatures got hit with a letter to take down stuff too.
Very naiiijse.
that is awesome

Can't say I'm all that impressed. I guess I like the last ones in the industrial exo-armor. And the squaddies with the big oldhammer helmets that I just realized I didn't post. But other than that the whole line looks very starcraft-y, not very warhammer-y, and thoroughly uninspired. I can't really see any particular concept they're going for. Like "uhhh... short space marines! With guns on their wrists! And beards! And put some runes here and there, dwarves like runes! Yeah, that's good enough, let's do lunch". Looks like cheap chinese knockoffs.
especially because with primaris Marines we already now have midget Marines....Midget Space Marines are just funny to look at
